About the Presenter:

Lindsey Buchheit is the founder of Buchheit Law, PLC, in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa.  Her practice includes estate planning, probate, trust administration, family and divorce law, and general business.  Ms. Buchheit earned her B.A. in English composition on an accelerated three-year program, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska Wesleyan.  In 2007, Lindsey obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska.  She is licensed in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
