DESCRIPTION:\n \n \nKyle Irvin is an Attorney and Partner at the Crary Huff Law Firm where he practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, corporations and real estate. Kyle has worked in the Estate Planning industry for over 19 years helping clients of all shapes and sizes. Kyle has spoken at over 25 seminars for lawyers and CPAs across the region during his career and has successfully handled trust and estate cases in both the Iowa Supreme Court and Nebraska Supreme Court.  Kyle is the current president of the Iowa Trust Association and is on the Board of Directors for the Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel (IATEC) and is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  Kyle is a past president of the Iowa State Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Section and the Siouxland Estate Planning Council.  In his spare time he enjoys hiking in the National Parks with his wife and daughters and serving as an adjunct instructor at Briar Cliff University, South Dakota State University, and the University of South Dakota School of Law.\n
